Do I need my own EagleView or measurement report?
No. Measurement is included in every credit. If you already have an EagleView, Hover or GAF QuickMeasure report, upload it and we work from that.
How fast is "24 hours", really?
Within 24 hours from a complete order: the measurement plus the minimum photos. If something is missing, the clock pauses until you send it, and we tell you exactly what we need.
What files do I get?
The estimate PDF, the ESX file, roof diagrams and your organized photos. Your company name and logo go on the cover.
What if the adjuster pushes back?
Upload the adjuster's estimate or letter within 30 days of delivery and we answer with one revision or supplement round, included in the credit.
Do you guarantee the carrier approves it?
No one can. We write the estimate in the format adjusters already work in and reflect the damage documented in your photos and measurement. We don't add damage that isn't documented. Orders without evidence come back to you.
What roofs do you cover?
Residential roofs, starting with laminated asphalt shingle in Florida. Tile and metal are on the roadmap. One credit covers up to 40 SQ and up to 3 materials; bigger jobs use one extra credit, shown before you confirm.
Can I get a credit back?
Yes, if you cancel before we start building the estimate, or if we can't get a measurement for the property.
Do pack credits expire?
Pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and can't be transferred to another company.
Are you a public adjuster?
No. We prepare the contractor's estimate. We don't negotiate the claim on behalf of the homeowner or the insured.
